I have a bad feeling about this right now. I think it may be wishful thinking to think that they're keeping quiet so as not to attract Disney and competitors, but here's a thought - wouldn't it make sense to try to attract Disney on more of a partnership basis? That is, to somehow associate themselves with Disney to attract business that way? Besides, to the locals, there's nothing quiet about developing property, but maybe it's not considered exiting enough warrant any media attention. Or do you think WACC would have made an announcement through their PR firm?

Again, what do they have to gain by being full of crap? Do you think part of their strategy is to do a media blitz once they have something and cash out once the stock pops up?
