Does BAY sell directly to large enterprise accounts(like CSCO) that are presumably buying the Accelar or is it mostly through VAR's? Soundview would have no clue of sales if directly made by BAY to large enterprise accounts. Soundview sure knows when to pick on BAY (during quiet period).
Soundviews numbers don't add up for a .10 estimate. Sales of 570M with net margins running @ 9% equals 51M or .23/share(220M shares). Minus out .03 for the 1.5% gross margin dropoff and .05(est.) for the 350 markdowns and you get.15/share. That doesn't account for expenses falling as House has clearly stated. Try figuring next quarters numbers is even more bizarre. There is definetly a gap of information that we are not privledge too.
Are my numbers off? my spelling sure is
