Staggering implications -- Think of this....if people use their cell phones in Europe &
elsewhere (Indonesia/Russia etc.) with DGIV's plastic phone cards (where they dial in
a code to have their call routed to the local DGIV VoIP network)
there is no need for expensive satellite connected phone
calls (& no need to buy special "satellite phones" or other kinds of special phones) since essentially - 98% of the calls you make will
be within the cellular network & not in rural areas.
Thus - expensive satellite networks won't be needed to carry
the majority of calls (not to mention that they'd be
5-10X more expensive than DGIV's VoIP calls)

El cheapo international cellular long distance calls. (or intl
calls from a pay phone for el cheapo)
The implications are staggering....

Do you know how many HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of dollars it cost
to make and launch those satellites?!! I am sure that the companies
who made them (Bill Gates - Teledesic -- (which is bombing in
production anyway) & Motorola - Iridium etc....
Ouch! They will be relegated to rural areas...
Ouch! multiple billion dollar ouch.
THEN - how much is a DGIV worth??!!

FROM DAYTRADER TO INVESTOR !!!!

Hello everyone,

I wanted to thank everyone on this thread for their enthusiastic participation throughout these last 6-8 weeks.
It's incredible what this stock has done since February.
I wanted to share with everyone that I am an active daytrader and have been daytrading DGIV off and on for about the last three weeks, but after finally finding the time to research this stock, I decided to become an investor instead.

The internet and IP telephony is a unbelievably "hot" industry and Mr. Glenn (on reply #250) and Mr. David CG (reply #100) have done a great job explaining the upside potential of this industry to us.

I spent 8 hours last night researching and reading every message written on this message board - from Serry Habashs first message to Jane at the beach to Michael Ulysses and, of course, BG, the main force behind this juggernaut.

After spending these eight hours going through press releases and charts and messages, I decided to invest $20k at the open in this company. I tell you, I couldn't believe my fortune.

After aquiring 10,000 shares at 2 1/16 at 9:34 a.m. EST and watching the stock slowly moving up, I was so taken that I bought anouther 6,500 shares at 2 11/64 (avg price) and then I turned on a few daytrading buddies, who promptly bought at various prices from 2 5/16 to 2 9/16. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

But, I insisted that this was a keeper not to be day traded - sure enough no one sold.

Anyway, since I live in Santa Monica, CA., I decided to check out DGIV and since you good people have been so kind to list the address of DigitCom, I spend the afternoon with Mr Chin and Mr. Cumming (president). 2202 Broadway is under construction, so I found the temporary offices right in the neighborhood.

After I introduced myself to the secretary, she immediately lead me into Mr. Jimmy Chins office, who was hard at work with Robert Cummings, both dressed in comfortable yet casual attire.

Mr. Chin is a young asian gentleman, in his early thirties, and Mr. Cumming, is kaukasian, probably in his early fifties.

Both men were extremely open about their outlook for this company and were genuinely excited about the near and long term prospects for Digitcom. I am pretty familiar with the IP telephony technology and it's outlook for the future, but I tell you, Jimmy Chin HAS IT ALL FIGUERED OUT. He embellished a bit on the companies near term plans, and after speaking to both of them for about twenty minutes, I whole heartedly agree : THE FUTURE LOOKS SO BRIGHT I GOTTA WEAR SHADES

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a novice in investing, I understand that this industry is already very competitive, but really there aren't too many opportunities left to catch a "rising star" like Digitcom in it's infancy.

So strap on your seatbelt - YOU ARE IN FOR THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE!!!

GOOD LUCK, EVERYONE !

Rico

P.S. $50k buy at the open, count on it !!!
