Did you mean 12/4/98 on the price target, or is this when they issued the rating?

Eugene-- I just read my Bullhorn mail from Merrill Lynch and their Focus 1 stock for this week was a financial company. Have I missed this one, or has ML just upgraded what we already knew, that TBR is quite strong?

Also, I wonder what the impact of throwing out the Jones case will have on the market?
