NO is a clearer answer.

There in no way to find out the yield information. All of the mumbo-jumbo about low yielding vs. high yielding process/fab/equipment/wafer is pretty much irrelevant to me as a consumer, since I don't know where the chip came from and what the yield was. (even if it made a material difference.)

It's nothing more than Tony Viola's spreading of FUD.
