Hi Jacob....

You have asked whether we should start rumors about financings?

Please don't. As Wally has noted a few times, Simula's share count has doubled along with its sales. For us to be successful owning this stock, the sales/share ratio has to move *up*.

BTW, on this matter, it should be noted that I personally talked to Don Townsend this afternoon. I had heard some "speculation" that the company was preparing a "road trip" to meet with institutional investors during May. Townsend confirmed that to me, indicating that he wanted to keep existing shareholders up to date, meet with new ones, and explain the significant progress the company made during the first quarter.

When I told him that I hoped that the trip wasn't a precursor of another offering, he quickly avowed that the company doesn't see any present need for incremental financing...so you can put it safely to rest. He did add to me, however (in a totally unsolicited way) following my advice that he not make the trip unless he really had something "new" to say, that he thought there was a pretty good chance that the trip would help explain more "fully" the germination of the company's future in the auto safety business.

My assessment? We are pretty close to at least one new ITS deal.

BTW, there should be a regular announcement within the next day or two on orders generated during quarter one, including firm backlog figures, etc.

Have a good evening.
