jim,i for one say that you did an outstanding job on dd if it is the subject that recently resigned from post.myself i felt that after that episode of Magra earnings vs Henly earnings was pushed by company,im so leary of anything they say till they provide solid results.However,my hunch in this matter says they will and they know their being watched by us here.a poster on AOL stated you yourself have a habit of spreading bad info or bein a short.in this case,i see lodgic dictating over emotional ties and feel good mentality.you might want to take that matter up with that poster on aol yourself or ignore.

Jim, Thank you for the response, while my comments were not directed to you personally, I am glad that you responded with what was hoped for. General statements have a way of becoming distorted to the point of being incredible. The link you provided is outstanding, however, it does list 20 Swarzman's with male first names and several female. The two that you speak of are indeed with the B middle name. One does refer to a real estate venture from Key Biscayne but makes no reference to New York. It also presents, no documents available. This co. was shut down in 1990. What you have posted does raise some red flags and I thank you for them. Had all of this information been post back a month ago, many here that have lost money may have not done so. Thank you Jim.
