You have to realize that sex is not gender. A famous transsexual rather bluntly stated as, "Sex is f___ing, everything else is gender.". Many lesbians don't need a rubber dildo because that would mean one of them would play a man and would therefor not be lesbian experience. Here's a commonly used scenario. If you woke up tomorrow and had the body of a female, what would you do and why? Probably freak out, but why? What would make you so sure you were supposed to be a man? You may look in the mirror and see a beautiful woman and everything about you would say that you were a woman, but it wouldn't matter, you'd probably still want your manlyhood back, right? Well, a transsexual wakes up every morning to that feeling. How do they know? They just do. Everything inside them tells them that they are supposed to be the opposite gender. Nothing anyone tells them makes any difference because they know what they're supposed to be. Even if there were a cure most transsexuals wouldn't take it because it is so much a part of who they are and getting rid of it would be like having amnesia which is nasty. Did I put that the right way? M

Hi, Del!! I was aware of the Frontline program on Jesus next week. I am really looking forward to it. In San Francisco, however, it is two episodes per evening, on the sixth and seventh of April. I will be taking notes, for sure!! I do think perhaps we should send some smelling salts over to the Ask God thread, however. We would not want anyone passing out from shock, and not coming around again. I am remembering a little more about my friend who was transsexual, and turned into a lesbian after the operation. When my friend was still physiologically a man (he was only about nineteen), he said he did not want to penetrate any women, because that would feel violent to him. So even though he loved women, he did not want to have sex with any of them as a man. This makes the seeming contradiction easier to understand, I think. So even though she is a lesbian now, she would still not be strapping on a dildo!!!
