Hi Mark/All: <From what I understand they source out the actual production ... their partners do the installing ... so I do not see ATF as having to raise much in the way of cash for those reasons. Even the RFC is pretty much an off-the-shelf product ... presently there are about 12 catalytic converter makers that could supply their needs in that area.> A further note as well is that AFS anticipates to raise their UK/European requirements through AFS Europe, causing no dilution to the share base.
