Open question to anyone who knows:

1) Have there been any in utero studies of possible teratogenic effects caused by Viagra ? recall thalidomide as an anti-emetic for women in pregnancy.

2) Given the proposed mechanism of Viagra (inhibition of phosphodiesterase in turn affecting cGMP which results in vasodilatory effects of increased Nitrate substances), will there be any tolerance to Viagra, requiring more amounts of drug with decreasing effect each time with continued use, (as seen with nitrate use for CAD patients with angina)?
