Exactly.. on trying to catch it. You can get a feel for what's coming of course, just by the shift in the value of the options as you know, although that may be contrary at the time.
And I never try and put something that breaks to a new high and stays there... the direction becomes apparent after 1-3 days anyway, depending often of course on market conditions as well, whether they are temporary or a value change.
