Sony chairman announced this morning that Japan's economy is near collapse. This should be a big up day in the U.S. Europe already up. It seems Asian money is flowing toward the West and this should push up stock prices even more.

YHOO or AOL? at this point in time I would not short either. If you must take a short position in both and short the actual stock. IMO you will be reawrded with 40%-50% price drop within the next 12 months. Once the hype starts to dimishing, IMO both are good candidates for significant corrections. The counter argument for AOL is that they are making some money (is this good for longs in this market? it appears as if you have no PE the stock price may do better). YHOO's counter argument is that they have a logical, useful, site that is yet to make money. Look at the banners. Most of them are their own. They are jumping in the ISP business but by now it is clear this is not very profitable.
