Marshall, why do you always think that DR would withhold sales information even in such bleeding days? Let me make it perfectly clear that Barker and I used "major sales", "significant sales", and "meaningful sales" repeatdly and with no hesitation in his part. As you so correctly point out, this has been an ongoing strategy for years. As each sector of the endless virtual corner approaches (read: end of each quarter) the innuendo and fabrications accelerate. What's interesting this time around are the contradictions, in general he'll never make any sort of negative comment regarding any facet of RACE's operation; not unlike the sycophant at an employee meeting. However, on March 28 he posted this on YAHOO in response to a dire prediction: Mar 28 1998 12:16AM EST Can't help but to agree in part There should be little doubt that this Q's numbers aren't going to be some sort of miracle, the important things to look for are increases in revenues and specifically in what areas. There obviously haven't been any "substantial sales" to any one party or they would have warranted a release with or without a name to assign them to. That additional $3M, if needed, would definitely be detrimental at this point. Let's hope that they can somehow "squeak by" without it - at least for a good while longer. Marshall Followed by this yesterday: Apr 1 1998 1:29AM EST I doubt it Ever wonder why they haven't said much of anything in a long time? Ever wonder why they don't outline new things they're working on or make any mention of any progress until it's reporting time? Marshall What people are wondering is why the continued stream of innuendo and rhetorical questions whose answers investors really would not want to hear, if the truth were told?
