DE, I truly believe MNYC(P,W) will have some wheels. The company is strong, earnings are solid and they are a growing company in a growing industry (long term). Short term, they are way underpriced thanks to Duke and Co. I went with preferred stock on this one -- I think it has slightly better upside potential given the company's historical performance. I really don't think you can go wrong with any variety of this stock. Good to have you aboard. BH

Doug, do You think such an announcement is shortly due from ISON ?? I think they are a better investment than MNYC from an FA standpoint. However in these BB stocks there are many "outside factors" like this to affect the stockprice a great deal.. regards CROSSY ISON shareholder
