By accident, Clinton actually came within a few feet of him. It was a feeling like my friend has never had before in his life. He actually felt a combination of charisma and evil and had a chill up and down his spine. Well, I live in N. Virginia and met Bill Clinton during the spring of 1993, after his "stimulus package" was defeated in Congress. I was in D.C. for a class and went out to get my car when I saw the limo behind a hotel. There were about 7 people in back about 100 feet away and I asked a secret service agent (it was obvious) if Clinton would be out soon and he said about 10 minutes. I decided to wait because I'd never seen a president. Well, he came out and started walking toward our small group with the press in tow shouting questions. The secret service man told us not to make any fast movements and keep our hands out of our pockets. Clinton shook all of our hands (he looked me right in the eye) and I said something stupid because I wasn't ready. He definitely has an aura about him, alot of charisma, and alot of confidence. I don't know if it's because he's president or naturally posesses it (probably some of both).
