Tales from yahoo: Marshall's Shame Carlberg101 Apr 2 1998 3:10AM EST Marshall, You really have no shame - you have led so many people down the path of banckruptcy with your twisted view of present events and how you see the future. Each quarter you say "this is the one" and once again sales fail to materialize. You blame the companies failures on the short position. Well, I would have to say you're putting the horse before the cart. The short position is there because of RACE's failures. Dreamworld Carlberg101 Apr 2 1998 10:08AM EST Whatever you say. Denial, denial, denial and lies, lies lies. You have implied knowledge of a significant sale every quarter of which there have been none. The latest was a "large" shipment you observed in mid January. In other quarters you have used conversations with executive management and your so called "research" to imply sales. As always, when asked for information you say you can not give it as the "shorts" may sabotage the sale or that you do not wish to steal from the thunder from Data Races management next press release. Such statements are irresponsible to the reader of your posts. Another Marshall quote "Don't try to humiliate yourself by implying failure based upon share price" I forgot, the share price reflects their market penetration and vastly improving sales. What kind of imaginary world do you live in? ÿ Shorts MRRei Apr 2 1998 7:04PM EST You know the shorts are still hanging around. I guess the only thing they are waiting for is the bankruptcy filing. I got some e-mail from Barker yesterday but it was nothing too encouraging. He did mention that they have enough cash to last a couple more quarters at least, plus they have the ability to get more. Gee, won't another conversion be swell? your old job MRRei Apr 3 1998 3:39PM EST Did you used to work for Datarace? ÿ No Carlberg101 Apr 4 1998 12:56AM EST No, but I'm very close to a former employee. I guess there is no reasoning with the Marshall. If ben told him the company was heading down the tubes he would still put some positive spin on fact and scream "buy" to the unwary. What more can I say. ÿ
