Pancho & Joey, regarding INTC's share buy-back, there's another way to look at it. INTC's insiders are selling shares like mad. They want to get a high price. INTC also wants them to get a high price as this is part of the employment package necessary to keep top people. So, insiders sell shares & company buys them back. Insiders depress the market & the company props it back up. Around and around the circle goes while sucking other fools in.

Paying dividends instead would screw that game.
