That's excatly my point..you have to sell this to someone else
later, and if they know the company and the participants, I wish him
good luck.

Buying a company out of favor, is the right thing to do, but it should be
a good company and well managed, that has hit a pot hole.
This company ran over a land mine, and in my opinion, does not have
the managerial skills to produce at any level.

Easy to buy hard to sell..dead money for sure
