Purewater Sciences International, forget what the name says. That company died a long time ago. I know, I have owned this stock for the past 14 years. In fact about 4 years ago, many of the shares were purchased by a California company who wanted to build electric cars, that didn't go anywhere as far as I know.

Accumulation on this stock started last summer. The news of the merger, and then the news of the funding for the new company came out. The stock since then has drifted down in price. What is interesting is that as soon as the news releases expired, the accumulation started again.

When Purewater and Visual merge, there will be a name change, and that will cut out most of the confusion. If Visual is anything like the releases talk about, this could be a huge puppy!
