Edgy,

I understand Columbia Yukon is believed to be on hole number two at this time. The low extent of overburden on the Mustang property should make for relatively uncomplicated drilling. However, the nine targets are grouped in clusters of three. So, there may be a little down-time involved in moving the rig from one area to the next.

Apparently, the drillers started in the northern region of the property and will then move to the central block to drill the next three targets, finishing up with three targets to the south.

I'd like to respond to your conjecture that the stock will move as soon as there is the first sniff of kimberlite. Actually, it appears that as the drill program is scheduled to last only two to three weeks. So, the drill results may be released in batches or all at once. But it is unilikely that the company will put out news on a hole-by-hole basis. The official word is that the drill results will come out in 'a timely manner.' I hope this sheds some more light on the situation for you.

Anyway Edgy, try to relax. This area play is still in its infancy as everyone is at least a year behind Ashton in their exploration efforts. So, it'll probably take until the end of '98 before we know how many pipes are likely to be uncovered outside of Ashton's land package.
