However, note that they show exactly the same percentage rise in the target price for CPQ and Dell (50% rise) - i.e. a dollar invested in CPQ today will yield just as much as a dollar invested in Dell. So what gives with the ratings? I thought a 'buy' rating had something to do with the potential to make money on the stock, and by their own numbers P J says that there is no difference on that score between CPQ and Dell. I think these guys have an agenda - or maybe they're just confused.

Maveric; Dell been getting a lot of reviews but I think they
got an agenda, and want to get out & or hold the door open
for their buddies..I see they quoted CPQ, and CTWs price but
not DELLs which by the way was down on the so called good news.
-----------------
But that spam coming from anal-cyst is not news , tracking them
I see a sorry track record for most of them.
------------------------
News is the FACT that Dell just had to pay a $ 800,000 fine
to the FTC for mail order fraud..and that can now open the the
lid to another can of worms.
Face it big money wants out of Dell..and has been doing a slow
sell since late Feb..
