Hi BradMan! You're right! And if I had taken it a step further, it could have shown that FAMH 97 EPS at 36› is 28.5% HIGHER than HDWY 97 EPS of 28›.

Again, the credibility of listing on NASDAQ is obvious. HDWY P/E ratio is a Multiple of about 33.

If FAMH could get that Multiple as a NASDAQ company, the FAMH price would be around $11.80 !!

I am all for the merger... the sooner, the better.

Best wishes,
Brad

PS. Welcome to the thread!

Regarding ATXI, what will be it's value after the merger. Shouldn't the price of each share price jump from $3 to $9, just as each FAMH share (adjusted for the reverse split) should go from .60 to $2 to $2.5 or so? When will this change actually happen? What are the risks involved, and why isn't everyone jumping on these two stocks like crazy to take advantange of the seemigly almost for sure 300% to 400% gain being projected by the numbers here? Am I missing something? I own 25K shares at .62, buying just after the news release identifying ATXI as the company being merged with. If these projections are a real potential, I will buy more. If not, I will sell. Won't it get really crazy just after the merger with most people selling to take their profits out right away before and as the price is plummeting on all the selling? Any advice and illumination for this novice appreciated.
