Daniel, There are many people that HAVE bought FAMH. But nothing is a done deal until it is DONE.

Some people do not want to take this risk until the deal is done. That's fine. They have to do what is best for them.

I like the situation FAMH has right now because I am very comfortable with what I know about it. I have been in this stock since September when it was 17›.

But there are many, many people (and brokers) that are waiting for an entry point with which they are comfortable.

That's the right thing for them to do.

I think if ATXI signs a letter of intent, you will see MANY, MANY more buying in. I think THAT would be a strong indicator that this deal can move smoothly and will bring in a lot of people that are currently just watching.

Best wishes,
Brad

ATXI's shares will not change in value (at least initially). The merger is for merging FAMH shares into ATXI shares. Therefore for each share of FAMH that you now hold, you will trade it in for one share of ATXI. Then instead of 4 shares of FAMH (current price of $0.61), you will have one share of ATXI (current price of $3.00).

The play is FAMH, not ATXI. After the merger and the dust settles, the investing community will revalue ATXI (due to FAMH's good earnings) and send the value up (so we all hope). Welcome to SI! ;>)

Daniel -

Regarding ATXI, what will be it's value after the merger. Shouldn't the price of
each share price jump from $3 to $9, just as each FAMH share (adjusted for the
reverse split) should go from .60 to $2 to $2.5 or so?

Don't forget that this is a FAMH deal, using ATXI shares as a vehicle to trade on NASDAQ. But to think of it the other way around you would have to remember that the number of ATXI shares outstanding will increase around five fold to encompass the new ATXI shares issued for FAMH 1 for 4 share exchange...

Damn, I just wish it would happen sooner!
