Andrew: Brilliant move on the hostile offer! How gutsy to risk a huge tsunami short squeeze just to trash the price and then buyout the Company on the cheap.

The next thing you need to do after you get FTC, Board and shareholder approvals is write a book about your experience. Something like "The Bluff Of The Deal or maybe Takeover 2000.

Someday I'm gonna find out about these stocks before they've tripled or tripled-then-crashed. The only way I spotted it was after the weekly charts came out and I noticed the big swings on major volume.

It really points out how much a difference two-three days make when these stocks have 50 and 60 point moves in 24 hour periods. I really need to figure out how to stop sleeping so I can diligently watch for these types of investment opportunities before they happen.

Good Luck To Each And All
