"It could get worse". The only way it could get worse is to have the kids start doing bad things. Vandalism. Assault. If that happens, I will have won. Then I'll have given the police something they can sink their teeth into. I do believe that the boys are all bluff right now, and they have no stomach for real wetwork. Right now the worst of the kids are floating in the zone right between being a nuisance and being outright lawbreakers. The fence will narrow this zone to Nada. Most importantly, the attractive nature of the vacant PG&E lot will be removed. The boys'll get the message and (I imagine) go back to where they came from. (... from where they came?)
