This looks to me like a good place for Joe Murphy to start nailing.eom

Ralph,

I believe the news represents some concrete blocks being
added to a structure that will be for sale. Actual signing
of an agreement with Telefonica de Espana and government
approval in Canada help pave the way to our objective.

Who wants a BB? I suspect we'll find out soon enough who
wants a successful BB company.

The part about the sheriff is between Mr. Murphy and the
people on his list.

I'm VERY thankful to have a man like him on my side.

Seems nice and quiet today, you say? Therefore you might sign
up after all? That's a contradiction in terms, isn't it?

Let me ask you this. You say you own this stock--what do you
think you could or should contribute here? Vendettas are
certainly counter-productive and from what I can observe, what
is said on many threads directly affects the stock. Wouldn't
you want to find answers without the caustic overtones? Many
potential investors read message after message before deciding
to buy--I know I did--and it was based primarily on what I read
here and my respect for Joe Murphy.

So, if you want the stock to go up, put the horse before the cart.

Bob

Can anyone tell me why the Wave Pass deal is dead (or who killed it)?
I notice Mr. Murphy has not mentioned the deal in recent communications, hence, I presume it is dead. I tried to call Mr. Shalev to discuss it with him. He has not returned my call.
