Actually, I think I would prefer a president who is tied up fighting legal battles. For that matter, it would be nice if the whole congress were tied up fighting legal battles too. I'd much prefer that politicians of both stripes occupy themselves with meaningless things instead of stressing their limited intellects to fight the "people's battle" (as you call it). I must admit that it's truly touching to see someone like you with this much emotional attachment to a politician (in this case, the president). I'm amazed...
