Fantastic acquisition. Broadens product line, lands talented people, plenty of synergism, saves R & D costs, and all this at about 50% of sales.

I agree with your assessment, especially for the technology potential this company may give Maxwell to supplement their own in pulsed energy devices. Hopefully this company is profitable and might add a few cents to earnings immediately. On another front Rich, do you notice the increase in volume over the past few weeks. Seems a lot of stock is available at these levels but on the other hand all the selling is being picked up without much decline in price to date. Looks like the stock is under accumulation. At some point if the selling keeps up at this level and the price of the stock can continue to hold , you would assume this overhang of available stock will be exhausted and we can start seeing higher prices. It might take some good news in other areas of Maxwell other than I-Bus though. Seems at the present this company is only working on one or two cylinders and we are all waiting for those other cylinders to chip in. Jerryco
