Could someone please post the link for the SEC Y2K 10K guidelines. I've been pulling company Y2K budget info together and some recent 10K's regarding Year 2000, and think it's worth having it's own SI thread. Much easier to track what is OR isn't being done. "Creative" writing may be entertaining. Thanks, Cheryl
