If they instead choose to pound it down enough, I'll take the gift and double my long position. I think KLIC is a slam dunk winner long term at these levels!

If you've ever owned this one and had it cut in three on you, you might want to care.

You're right. The bad news is the buying opportunity those potential buyers have been waiting for. The warning will break the KLIC's down trend and will bring KLIC above 30. BUY! BUY! It'll shoot up 2 bucks tomorrow.

>> Who cares? KLIC may shoot up to $30 due to this bad news <<

It is very possible. this has been a pattern. Companies are getting rewarded for this. BAY, KLAC, LRCX are some of the examples.
I am short the semi equipment group. Now a days rational thinking is a contrary indicator. I dont mind DOW to hit 9000 2morrow as long as business is good. What i am worried is how far this will continues.

I wish i was long the LRCX and AMAT 2morrow, instead of short.
There is a very good chance these stocks will rally with this kind of news, following the pattern set.
I guess in the stock market it does not matter if you are investing in the right company or not. All it matters is if you are making those $$.
