Nhaynes, As predicted, you danced circles around yourself and distorted and flip flopped and smoothed over and tried to cover your tracks in regards to the meaning of your remarks. Kindly do not play us for fools though, nhaynes. The cross signifies religious symbolism, and there is no way you can cloud up this clarity. What were you alluding to with your comment regarding the "cross on the left lapel" remark and why did you "bait" the NVID thread audience with this remark if you have no intention on explaining yourself and elaborating??? One is left to assume that this comment was a snide insult in some form or another without your clarification. My thoughts are that you are trying to make a soap opera out of this fiasco and that you are using your curiousity in NVID as an excuse and a license to meddle in people's lives where you have no business doing so. It is also my opinion that your curiousity is "unhealthy." (To say the least.) Surely if you are so busy with your crafts and your children and your children's children's children....you wouldn't have so much time and space in your mind to be preoccupied and obsessed as to what Derek might wear on his left lapel, and you definitely wouldn't have taken the time to investigate this on your own. Nhaynes: Thank you for your response. For the record, I have never worn a gold cross in my lapel, but I sometimes wear a gold earring in my left ear. You are right. We do not have hard proof pertaining to others associated with this escapade. But remember, we did not have proof of wrongdoing for post number 360 either. We did have substantial information and employed simple reason and logic. The same reason and logic that tells us others, including Arata and Korpal, knew what was taking place and, in fact, participated in much of the scam. You are right again. We are distressed that Arata, Korpal, Bunte and Sheffield, who we are convinced spent their time cooking the numbers, composing bogus press releases and hustling investors for money, are for the most part unscathed. We are also distressed that NVID stock continues to trade and Larsen and Redden try to get their hands on any assets. The money should go back to those who got hurt. Finally, for whatever it's worth we are confident that had we not posted what we knew starting December 8, 1997, Klenovic et al., would be flourishing today. Best regards, Derek

Ms. nhaynes, This is something that I have read that you and other people need to really think about: <<<<Logic: This was an organization of, for all intent and purposes, five people. Klenovic, Bunte, Arata, Korpal and, toward the end, Sheffield. They were officed in a couple of rooms of about 2,000 square feet. There was little opportunity for secrets or for individuals to proceed blindly as there would be in a large organization. There was no product being made or sold, there were no services provided, there was no income from operations, yet there was plenty of money. They spent their time cooking the numbers, composing press releases and talking with prospective investors. It is known Korpal alone secured $1,000,000 investment dollars by misrepresenting.>>>>> Think about all these points: where was the money coming from? Did Arata know what was going? Did Korpal know what was going on? Did Bunte know what was going on? Did Klenovic lead all these as puppits? How can you say that this was NOT a scam operation from the start? How can anyone criticize Derek Allen for posting what he knew. Isn't there a provision for a thing called "citizen arrest?" Dear nhaynes, As an UNELECTED spokesperson for this thread, I think it is time that all identities are revealed. Most here have e-mail addresses, and can converse in that manner. We have NO reason to try and be a SUPERMAN!! Most of us have no phone booths!!!!! I realize that you have no addressable e-mail, and I think it is time you did. I know that your husband is Richard Haynes, and apparently you think that sets you apart from all the rest. Sorry, it doesn't. We all are intelligent, have our own opinions, much based on DD, and deem ourselves as worthy opponents. I truly don't believe that the subject of NVID was your compassion. Hi All, You people, in my honest opinion, need to talk facts... This cat fight and name calling is still going on... If you were truly involved in the company, AS A FEW OF US STILL ARE, people YOU would know what Naomi is talking about... Your OUTWARDNESS to some topics only shows your IGNORANCE... If you do not know, ask a ?... If you do not get a response, you are probably not going to get one. If you need to know, somebody might tell you, that is if you deserve to know... Naomi keep up the posts, at least someone, is smart enough to hang in there with all of us lurkers who are still pro-active in the company...
