Dear Ken,

Your points are well taken and I can see why you think as you do, but I believe there are underlying things that you have not considered.
also.

First, don't believe for one minute that I don't think this was an absolute scam from the beginning and I believe very carefully orchestrated. I read where Bunte testified as to how he met Klenovic and I believe that Bunte's shell corp. was something that Klenovic needed badly to carry out this scam as Klenovic had already been apprehended by the SEC and he could not do it on his own. Also do you remember Bunte testifying that a business associate (I think the competitor/investor) brought the SEC information to him and he stated he asked Klenovic about it and Klenovic told him he was in the oil and gas business and that had all been resolved and he believed him? I do believe that Bunte did not have the slightest idea of how to run a company, but Klenovic gave him a title. Klenovic certainly admitted in Court he was the "control person" and knew every detail of how it was done because he was the mastermind of the scam. Indeed Derek Allen is to be congratulated for taking this to the SEC and exposing Klenovic. That was about all he had at that time and one of the questions I did forget to ask at the SH meeting was if anyone ever remembered a Derek Allen speaking with them by phone because he had stated he called often. I just believe there is more to all this than all know. At this juncture, Klenovic is the only one convicted and definitely deserved to be. Bunte acquitted and my personal opinion deserved to be too.

In Derek's post he stated he took this to the SEC in Chicago in October. I believe this is important to remember because that is also the month that NVID started manufacturing their own product. I was told that Arata conceived NVID's product, and it was posted on this thread by a Frank Potter to Robert Huffman I believe that NVID indeed had started manufacturing their own product four month's before and if you counted back that would have been October. Derak Allen keeps posting that NVID did not and does not have a product. I know that not to be true. NVID had their product there at the meeting even though they told us that the manufacturing subsidiary had been sold. They had their booth like they used at trade shows installed at the meeting. I asked if this was the competitors product or the one they manufactured. I was told theirs. Their booth was very well done.
They do not manufacture their product now cause it was sold, but they do have access to it and can in their agreement go back to manufacturing their own if they so choose. but they surely had it back then.

Another thing, Derek Allen said he started looking at this company in 1995 and had carefully done so because he suspicioned all was not what it looked like. Then a year later he posts and having gone to the SEC in October before posting on Dec 8th, he states and starts his efforts not to just cripple this company but kill it. That was stated in his Post #1923. By the way it is an important one. Thus far he has not been able to accomplish this and there must be a valid reason that this has not happened yet. Not saying it won't because it is not known when the SEC suit will be tried or settled or what the outcome of either might be. I do not agree that this company would still be flourishing if Derek Allen had not posted on Dec. 8th. He had already gone to the SEC and they would have done exactly what they have done. Just not fast enought for him and he posted and accused people he had no proof whatsoever at that time. Ken, do you really believe that is OK.

Next, the SEC released the information that it was an investor that had called this to their attention on the internet. Derek Allen posted he was never an investor. Was the SEC wrong? No, they were weren't. Remember me posting my information on the Shareholders meeting and how shocked I was to see a competiter was an investor and if NVID was such a scam, why would he invest in it. He certainly knew that NVID was buying his product from him before they started manufacturing their own. Well, it is my considered opinion that this competitor was the actual one that visited the SEC offices in October and he does wear a gold cross in his lapel. I saw it at the shareholders meeting. Where do you think the information came from that was posted by Derek and then pulled by SI. I printed out that post and have it. I believe that Derek Allen is a pseudonym and is not the competitor speaking but someone that is closely connected to him and I personally believe Ken that you will never get to meet him in person nor will anyone else other than by phone or fax. Sometimes I don't ask a question that I don't know the answer to and I specifically asked this question of you because you were a witness in the trial and he had said he he would see you there. He states now that he will be at Klenovic's sentencing and I know that another investor is planning to be there to try to meet him. Evidently my p.s. to you was quickly responded to AND Derek Allen has finally and openingly admitted now that he did not have hard proof evidence of others wrongdoing at the time he stated absolutely that he did when I got involved with him for reasons all on this thread know. He stated he was at the sentencing trial for Klenovic, and he certainly was I am told along with someone from Liquitec. Now isn't that interesting that he would be attending the sentencing of Klenovic. I do not believe he was just there as a spectator. I believe there is much more story to this and I am still hoping that piece by piece it all comes out. I have certainly learned a lot more information off this thread. I believe that if the SEC would release the name of this investor you might just be totally surprised and if he is "for real" I would be totally surprised. That is my belief from having gone through all this. At the time I started having communication with Derek Allen I had not talked to any one at the company and when they were released by the Court to continue I did make calls to the company trying to see what information I could get there. I also talked with another investor who posts occasionally to this thread. I personally do not believe that Mike Redden and Dave Larson are by any means trying to continue Klenovic's scam or were involved in the scam. That is my own personal opinion and no one has provided any proof, just inuendo. That too would be in the competitors best interests if he could convince anyone they did. Yes, it has been a long wait and I am still having to wait.

I believe I know where the money was coming from. Klenovic's illegal sale of NVID's stock. As far as Arata or Korpal, they might have interested people in buying it but they could not sell it, only Klenovic and Bunte could do that. Arata and Korpal did not have the authority to actually sell it and sign the certificates. They would not have been valid. She was not an officer of the company and I doubt that Arata's title would have allowed him that privilege either. Just my opinion. Bunte, yes.

I think citizen's arrest has its place, but maybe not in the stock market. I don't know if that has ever been done before because I am a novice at the small cap stocks and I would never have thought about citizen's arrest in that area. It may certainly have happened but I have no idea if that is correct. I would tend to think more in the terms of like a "whistleblower". See that in business frequently. Needless to say, Derek's post did stop the scam and those of us that are investors do appreciate that facet of all this. It did give us the opportunity to wait and see what happens with only being a loser on paper at this time.

You asked that I think about what you posted and I certainly have and I have responded to the questions you asked me. Now I ask that you too think about it.

My regards,

nhaynes
