RE: Castlewood and ORB

I emailed Castlewood about wanting to Beta test a SCSI Orb. Since I have no "in" there, I doubt they will respond in my favor. But nevertheless, I am ready and waiting to plunk down $199 for a 2.1 Gigabyte MR Drive that uses $29 media, and is faster than any other removable drive- even the ultra-expensive Jaz2.

Orb is Iomega's nightmare. It is a fast fast fast, low cost drive w/media that is priced too low to believe. I can't wait to get my hands on one.

I like to buy good, fast equipment that is also low in price. This is why I'm fascinated with Castlewood's ORB. Rest assured, plenty of other people who would have considered buying a Jaz think the same way I do. Count on it.
