Since the thread's lawyers aren't back from dinner yet, I'll repost this: The pure definition of "assault" does not include or require body contact, only action(s) of a threatening or menacing nature. Once bodily contact takes place, another or additional crime(s) comes into play.

BTW, all these "Holly, you're rights" are going straight to my head. <vbg>

No! AGAIN, she couldn't file for sexual harassment because the statute of limitations had expired. So she went for whatever she could. She was NOT being noble. She was just trying to make a buck.
