I'm in shock. I was busy for a few days and didn't get on the Web til 2:00 PM EST on the 1st, and thought it was an April Fool's joke. I have no idea what caused the runup, but the fundamentals still look bad for the foreseeable future. But didn't I post a while ago that MU would lose $4.00/share next quarter, and be at $44 when they announced? <g> -Russ

Have the short positions dropped any, last I recall was 44 Million. The latest rally would reduce the number of short positions giving MU a smoother curve.

Larry, a pragmatic bear LOVES that type of move. I have my box set-up so that whenever MU rises more than 8.0%, it pops up a clip of Charleton Heston going "SOILANT GREEN IS PEOPLE!" Okay, I really don't, so until I figure out how to do it... ...I just have to keep saying it myself <g> Good trading, Tom
