Thanks Pat. Yes the DNS number was given to me by Kanisa's support responding back to a problem I've been experiencing. Funny thing is, the response had nothing to do with my question. In fact, I carefully described in great detail what problem I encountered and how I tried to overcome it by trying different things. My problem was that I couldn't get the program to load up. I never got any farther than where the program start to fire up and says "HELLO". Then it died. Kanisa's response was to try the DNS I mentioned in my previous post.
Well, the program never loaded up enough to where it gives you the loggin and password box. It died way before that.

I myself noticed discreps in charts and quotes. I really only use the Global Scan option to find potential break-outs, pops, whatever you call it. Worked well on MTIC, FFTI, WAXS, and TSCP.
