Without prejudice John. I have never stated on any occasion that I would insult or embarrass you. Once again you are being dishonest in your dealings with me by accusing me and trying to play the good clean guy. Thank you for answering my questions. I was satisfied with many of the answers except concerning the financing. It is here that I think you are being presumptuous by stating in your 98 business plan that you intend to raise financing at $1.20 per share. Your CFO thinks this is ludicrous too.I have spoken to him many times. I know very well the state of financial affairs at Unitec. I know why two of the directors recently resigned. I know all about the way you deal with people because I know how you have dealt with me. Indeed you will soon be receiving registered mail concerning your dealings with me. Indeed that is why I use the term "without prejudice". Some matters are best to be decided by an unbiased judge in a court of law. Other matters one would hope could be worked out amongst professionals in a mature and timely manner to the benefit of all.
Sincerely, DBT

Incredibly relieved that you are no longer going to respond to
Doug's posts..
Do you have a copy of the SCADA lecture? If so could you put it on
your website?
As a shareholder..I would be disappointed in management if they
were so shortsighted about the current situation in Indonesia..long
term with the size of that country I am so glad you are making more
and more inroads..and establishing a presence!!!!!!!!!!!
besides having your technology help them out..
read even in Great Depression, only(ugh) 25 percent of workers in
US were without jobs..
Keep up the great work!!!!!!
Bobby

I questioned our staff and CFO regarding DT's claim:

"I have spoken to your Chief Financial Officer, and several key employees. They have led me to believe that you will require new financing very soon."

As I said, I thought it would be totally out of character for any one of them to make those statements to anybody, let alone several of them making such statements to DT.

Our CFO advised that he did not recall seeing DT at all for at least two months, others did not know who I was talking about, and all were amazed that he would make such claims. Our staff are highly skilled professionals in their respected disciplines and of the highest moral and ethical character. Other than our CFO and senior managers, none are privy to the financial plans of the company and all were quite puzzled at his claim.

This is the last comment I will make regarding this matter.
