I think the moratorium on information is imposed by the SEC, awaiting
approval of the application to be a fully reporting company. Due to the prognostications necessary in business plans, conservative as they may be, I am not optimistic that the company would make such information public, at least until approval has been obtained. It is my understanding they are allowed to say nothing, period.

I don't think the FDA has any interest in a business plan. Maybe they do, I don't know. Technology? Breast Cancer detection break through? yes. Sales, markets? I don't know.

At one time, I was told time frame for SEC approval was 45 days, which I assume is business days. That's mid-late May. The trials should be over not long after that. A year ago someone told me "end of second, beginning of third quarter" as a time frame for the trials.

Over the years, I've seen a lot of hype over various products "awaiting FDA approval". That tells me that management will be able
to explain where they are, what their pre trial results were anyway.
I don't know restrictions there may be on what they might say. Is this the time they could be on talk shows?

Anyway, my belief is that, assuming approval by SEC, and assuming
super positive results from the trials, we should be out of here
starting with SEC approval, and going forward piece by piece through announcement of the first big order. At this juncture, I don't think anyone in the world will wonder about a business plan.

I wrote my first check for CTI stock on 1/11/89! Yee gads, my 10th anniversary is coming up! I've experienced all of the emotions.
My plan at the moment, is to watch this short business, as they try to push it down further, and turn into a buyer again in a few weeks.
The only good thing about this short situation is that it creates enormous opportunities... for those with both money and nerves still intact.
Good Luck to all of us. jocko
