True, the "F" signifies a foreign company.

And a "Y" at the end of the symbol signifies an ADR that is traded on a foreign market as well.

By the way. . . as for Orckit.

I like the company and its prospects. However, I have never, ever, in my seven years of trading Israeli stocks, seen such an improper series of announcements. To release bad news in the morning while having solid positive news in hand is unconscionable.
