Judge Wright has ruled sensible about what constitutes sexual harassment but she is just one judge and her level of justice is only and estimate, your mileage may differ with a different judge. That's why Congress should act quickly with a bill which codifies Judge Wright's standard, making sure all Americans are held the same standard as the boy.
