Valentine, In principle I agree that these threads are for sharing information.. But let's face it... you asked a set of questions that would take pages and pages to answer and likely a good amount of time. One or two simple questions and you would be more likely to get a good answer, but to ask Byron to do all your dd for you.. when you don't even know what the term "infrastructure" means is weak. You apparently don't know investing/trading, and you obviously don't know technology so perhaps you should go away? Gary

please relax valerie dgiv is a small outfit. verifying contracts is difficult with any firm, especially with a small company. also, how would you prefer to be verified...would you like the contract sent over the net or a courier to deliver a copy? i am just as skeptical as you. i don't like the lack of info either. for g-d sakes, i just received my MBA in finance at a top b-school and am a financial analyst. however, if the company had something to hide, it would not press forward on becoming a fully-reporting company. so, i am sorry you did not get in at 40-60 cents like many of us, but please relax. let byron and the rest of us do our things...call liberty of you like..and let us enjoy this historic moment. dw in lima
