I have yet to belittle anybody on this thread. The solution is to face reality and understand that sometimes things aren't what they seem no matter how much one hopes.

Oh, and thanks for your permission to drivel on. I was starting to get the impression you didn't like me.

Daddy, from all appearances it seems to me that RMIL is worthless. Unless there is a way to verify a large short position it seems pointless for shareholders to throw good money after bad by paying attornies or CPA's in an attempt to resume trading. If trading resumes with no evidence of a viable business who would buy ? The point IMO is for those of you who are stuck with this, to be able to sell your stock.... but to whom ? If there are in fact shorters in significant numbers they would more than likely begin covering if trading resumed. There are two question that need to be resolved IMO, is the float actually certified ? To verify that, someone would need to get Riley's list and verify it. Is there really a short position that is significant? To determine that is a bit more difficult, but for starters you could try to get Riley to give you his reasoning or his proof that one does exist.

One more thought.. Mike Puhr apparently doesn't wish to talk to shareholders, however it is his name on your certs (I am going by the cert posted by Riely). Have any of you tried to contact him to see what his position is ? It has been suggested that the investor/lender was "found" through his resources and that the investor/lender is investing/lending based on the water business. Puhr IMO definitely owes all of you an explanation.

His number is 303 846 3068
