If the company is as "worthless" as you say, then move on!! The investor is also a lender and is contractually bound. The 15c2-11's and the form 30 are filed, the "deficiency" you and Tonto spoke of was pure conjecture since the NASDQ doesn't talk to the public. You want to verify the short position? Start in Canada where Mork shorted it an estimated 5MM shares. What about Morks Canadian brokerage firm, call them up for your verification, we'll compare our notes with yours, hows that? BTW, how could your post about the float numbers be "erroneous"? If you interchange 14MM for the 17MM you posted, your post is non-sensical, your post claimed the float was above the 14MM we claimed being 17MM. Are you saying you meant to say that it was over the 14MM we claimed, it is 14MM?? Who are you kidding!? The fact we've heard nothing from Puhr is a good sign, the last halt had to do with internet garbage. Let them keep the news under wraps until they announce it.
