We expect the data spike problem to be resolved very soon. The programmers are currently working on this problem alone. We anticipate a fix in the near future. As we have said many times before, if this service is not working for you, we will be glad to refund your money. Perhaps it would be best if you disconnected until the problem has been repaired. We will certainly let everyone on this thread know when the fix is installed.
Paul

ONE MORE CHOICE.... CANCEL YOUR SERVICE!!!!!

What is it with all you guys. They don't owe you anything!!! They are a business, like every other one in the world. If they suck, move on. Do you keep going back to a restaurant whose food and/or service you hate? Do you buy clothes that keep tearing apart after one use? Do you buy the same car if the previous one gave you tons of problems? Do you use the same ISP if you fight constant busy signals, or frequent dropped connections? Or do you keep going back for more, but keep asking management to get it right? At some point you have to give up. That's why some businesses close down, because people stop spending their money there. Why should NAQ be any different?

I can appreciate that a lot of you have stayed for a year and put up with promises and lousy service. But how long is long enough? Will you attack me if I say you're a bunch of chumps if it's two years? Three years? There is competition out there. It's not like NAQ is the only horse in a one horse town. I also know how you can get addicted to a particular program. It happened to me also. But I got tired of complaining and not seeing any improvements, so I left previous services. And I'll be quick to leave this one if they don't get their problems straightened out.

I'm not gonna sing NAQ's praises. But this can't be a home just for complainers, can it?

Forgive me if anybody takes this personally. Maybe I just don't understand. I'm happy to see others' point of view, if it's done without personal attacks.
