Sheldon, Excellent post! I almost felt like I was there. I will try to call Ed Kroeker re animal manure processing next week and report the details here.

BTW, to the TA guys (Gary, Lawrence, etc.): What's it going to take to pull you guys "off the sideline" technically speaking in view of the recent price action/volume?

Just finished listening to a replay of the conference call. Dave covered most of the points but failed to mention the statement that the CFO has done projections of $100M in annual revenues from the Ontario operations with a 40% net return (as is in the Edgar document statement). They project $17M in profits by April '99 and $79M the following year. Ren‚ still has an objective of a price of >$30 for the stock. Perhaps a bit exhuberant, but I'll take even 50% of that. Let's see 1.31/share Y2000 earnings x 50% x 15PE = $9.83. Sounds ok<g>.

Also, we shareholders are still slated to get the share dividends from the enzymes companies.

Finally, Ren‚ attributes the decline during March to the supply of shares from the convertible debt issue and this should be over very soon...but I think David covered that.
