Roger & Kirk, I thought it might be convenient to provide a link to the company's recently submitted 10-K though I imagine that both of you have found it on your own. sec.yahoo.com Roger, I believe that your analysis is accurate regarding the company's current cash position. It would seem that the least of Bentley's worries is burn rate. On the deal front, I am sympathetic to the comments relative to the length of time over which negotiations have extended, however, for the first time both the earnings report and the 10-K contained specifics of what may be expected. Moreover, where previously it appears that the street has deeply discounted the company's share price relative to its foreign operations, a more in line valuation seems reasonable if the company establishes primary operations in the U.S. The stock still seems under little selling pressure, and actually appears to be under some additional accumulation.
