Maybe I'm missing something. Ok, this is what is going through my head. 1. Myriad deal is dependant on a 1M initial payment to IRS. 2. Atrix deal will yield 3M when liquidated. Ok, so those are the steps that need to be taken. Question is, where does the initial 1M payment come from to close the deal? Does it come from the Atrix deal? If so, do we have to close Atrix & liquidate it prior to being able to open Myriad? Are we taking out a short term loan? Not criticizing, just curious. Jason
