I don't completely disbelieve Joe's results... but some of his theories are certainly not mainstream. Transmutation IS hard to believe but not completely out of the question... but if his results are real (I said IF) then I'd be leaning towards a theory that would probably include "clusters" hiding in many previously though "pure"
metals... and that would sure put a twist on things. Joe seems to get from "here" to "there" with seemingly great leaps of faith in
between... Still, there have been many "heretics" throughout history whose theories proved true so I'm not going to throw stones just yet. He will have to prove it to me before I'll actually believe.

What I don't see is how he can make any money from it by talking about it... no one is going to be willing to buy something from him without proof... and to believe that they are going to have to produce their own from "scratch" they go out and acquire on their own. If he spreads this "truth" too widely then gold is not going to have much value, so his best bet is to sit on it and produce enough to live comfortably with no one being the wiser...

If its not "transmutation" but simply recovering previously unrecoverable metals from common sources, it is still going to have a similar effect of reducing the value of these metals because of less rarity then previously thought.

I guess I don't see the "win".
