Actually, it was the WSJ article about Swiss pharma buying out all of US' human capital in biotech --- when LGND was 7.875 -- the was the better '50 dollar bill' lying on the sidewalk. The '12' wasn't so great, but that's the breaks. O.w. efficient markets with a lag...
