I don't think anyone has that information because VISUAL didn't deny the merger, but neither did they admit it openly, which is why the stock is trading at such a low value (almost has no value). But if you look at the press release back in October, it was written as PRWT and VISUAL "agree to merge", not "intend to merge" and therefore they may have merged at that time or they will merge, depends on how you look at it. But one thing for sure is that, the press release was given out by VISUAL rather than PRWT because the contact people are VISUAL, not PRWT. So there is a high possibility that they have purchased PRWT before the release in order to look for investors for their product. Another thing to consider is that they have legal liability to tell investors that they are not merged with PRWT to avoid lawsuits, unless they are still in a process of merging or have been merged. I am as curious as you are.
